Related to Brigadier Surinder Singh
editWhich exact section and paragraph of the KRC report mentions Brigadier Surinder Singh by name? This needs to be clarified before the criticism section is reinserted. Do not go by the news sources as the main source or the main Kargil War article. I will go through the report for his name more carefully.
