Panchamrita

Reference to Panchamrita under Cabala is improper as it involves offering of a mixture of five varieties of fruits ( dry and fresh fruits) only to the deity. There is no blood element in it nor is a tantric in any form. Hence, I am removing it from the list of references in the article.--Nvvchar (talk) 02:44, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

The removal of panchamrita, the five nectars was in error. Due to the twilight language there are various enumerations of the panchatattva. Too much sweet is sour (for both body and spirit): Ayurveda!

Sky burial/charnel ground

I'm dubious about parts of this section. A significant part of the reason for sky burial is precisely to ensure that any lurking tantrics are frustrated in their desire to collect useable bones. In the begining of the section, I have written that the Kapala is one of several charnel ground implements made from human bone found by tantrics at Sky Burial sites.If you read te orginal artcile and also the additonal text on Charnel Ground Ornamenets (which is also a new addition from other references not contained in Sky burial artcile) it would be evident that the material provided in the artcile is relevant. This practice is stil prevalent.In Tibetan tantrism literature, there is an extensive coverage of the various procedures for selection of Kapala and also its beneficial or other uses. Film

A WP:UNDUE applies to the film too. There might n no. of films depicting kapalas, they need not be mentioned, like there can be n no. of films depicting a broom with a witch, do you think they need to mentioned? --Redtigerxyz (talk) 04:20, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

• Comparison could have been avoided. Any way, since the text on the story and the film has already been deleted, I have nothing more to say except that the film was based on the Classic story of Kapala Kundala written by the famous writer Bankim Chandra Chatterji.--Nvvchar (talk) 14:51, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Kapāla → Kapala — As per discussion on Talk:Dashavatara, a move request is restarted here. Per WP:ENGLISH, a non-diacritic spelling Kapala should be used as diacritics are not part of Indian English.
