Clean-up edit

This article could use some help. Firstly, it looks as if it must have been copied from somewhere else - otherwise, all those [edit] things would not be there. Secondly, it reads like a travel guide, not an encyclopedic guide. Unless there's something historically or economically (or culinarily) notable about the ramen-ya and the izakaya, we should not be including recommendations for individual restaurants here.
