@Whiteguru proposed the article for deletion because it Does not meet specifications given in WP:NGYMNASTICS. However, the nobility requirement says that "Significant coverage is likely to exist for junior gymnasts if they an individual gold medal, in the junior division, at an elite international competition". Kakuto Murayama won 2 individual gold medals at the Junior Asian Championships. Therefore, he meets the conditions to have an article on Wikipedia.
