Unruly accusation of vandalism edit

The article is presenting Kafia Kingi as part of South Sudan. In that setting, the current state is the Lol State (created from a part of W. Bahr el Ghazal at the end of 2015. So as part of South Sudan, with English as the sole official language, the use of Arabic is a nonsense: one should use inter-wiki links instead. So my changes were not vandalism, as stated by DLinth.
