Anyone know what the call letters 'KTIS' stand for? I always assumed "Twin Cities Inspirational", but I'm not sure they were considered Inspirational from the start... I'm also surprised they don't have NW (for Northwestern College) in their call letters, like most of their satellite stations do... --Rehcsif02:04, 29 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
According to my research, the call letters have been in place at 98.5 since the 1940s. I assume these were the original widely-used calls from their initial sign-on.--Fightingirish19:51, 29 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
