The listings of the Lower Rhine championships and cup victories are likely to be incomplete. Their inclusion is based upon the club having participated in the nation championship/cup in the following year as winning the regional championship/cup was a requirement to be eligible then. Regional cups have been held before the first national cup was held, though. Also I don't know whether KBC won the 1990 cup which qualified directly for the Bundesliga.
