Under his chairmanship, ISRO launched Chandrayaan 2, the second mission to the moon on July 22, 2019 but it was not successful because ISRO had lost the connection with vikramlander at an altitude of 2.51 km. Samantasubhadeep126 (talk) 06:46, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
