"Elderly" designation

How is "elderly" defined in this context? Is it a specific year or some more individual definition?

Proposition to Rename

I propose moving this item to "Koreisha Mark".
The word "Kareha mark (dead leaf mark)" is generally recognized as the "sarcastic way of speaking", and some people feel it discriminatory, too. We can call this "Momiji Mark" (autumn leaf mark) in more decent words, while the official name is "Korei Untensha Hyoshiki" (Aged driver's mark). But similar mark "Shosin Untensha Hyoshiki" (commonly called "Wakaba Mark" -young leaf mark-) is registered as "Shoshinsha mark", so I think it is suitable to be registered as "Koreisha mark" from a balance. --Lumi (talk) 01:24, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
