Talk:Juravenator

The taxon box says it's a coelurid, but the text says it's a close relative of Sinosauropteryx, a compsognathid. Well, which is it?

Most other entries use Compsognathinae, as a subfamily of Coeluridae. Some scientists place compsognathines in their own family, Compsognathidae. Juravenator, according to the artciles I've read, is a compsognathine (compsognathidif used as a seperate family). The actual paper describing it won't come out until next week, so this might change.Dinoguy2 02:00, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
It's a basal coelurosaurian ;o)--MWAK 07:38, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

It should be noted that one guy (I think it was Darren Naish) now believes this animal to be a tiny neotenic carnosaur. 69.181.200.82 (talk) 21:36, 29 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

There are no feathers on Juravenator? edit

Currently, there is a second citation in the page. I click on the citation and there is an image of the feathers on the tail of Juravenator. If it states there are feathers on Juravenator, then how come I don’t see any?
