Expanding and sectionizing edit

This article needs works. First and foremost, there simply need to be more sources and thus an expansion of the existing material. Additionally, I think the article would benefit from a more standardized section organization to ease the flow of reading. Specifically, I'm looking at: Judiciary of Germany, Judicial system of China and Judiciary of Norway as possible examples of how a judiciary article could be better organized.
