I was in the article last time and found that it lacked lede and was using honorifics against a style guideline, so I assumed there would be further copyedit issues and placed a copyedit tag. I was checking all Guatemalan presidents pages so I didn't read it the whole page at the time, not considering it necessary. Today I read it and didn't find further copyedit issues. I would just suggest that you post more useful edit summaries though because I had no idea why you removed the tag or even if you intended to remove it.
