This article was nominated for deletion twice, the first AfD resulted in a "no consensus" decision, the second one in a "delete" decision. The article was re-created today and after initially contemplating CSD as improperly re-created material, I decided to leave it (and clean it up), because the journal is now included in MEDLINE, a highly selective medical database.
