Description of JCT:A content edit

While it is fair to say that JCT:B is mostly a graph theory journal, the assertion that JCT:A mostly publishes papers about "structures, designs, and applications of combinatorics" is way off base. JCT:A is (or was, before the flip to Combinatorial Theory - I don't read JCT:A much any more) just a general combinatorics journal.
