Pacifist? edit

Oh dear, a pristine talk page! Let me besmirch it! I am just posting to wonder about the word 'pacifist', normally the word implies somebody who (as a philosophical position), refuses to take part in ANY violence or war. I wonder whether that is true of Reihl-Kir and whether a better word could be found (peace-making, mediating, peace keeping?) Quite often 'pacifist' is used to imply 'wimp', and that is clearly not the case with Reihl-Kir … … ps also wonder about use of 'border with Yugoslavia', I know the meaning but wonder if ordinary readers will (thinking Croatia IS/WAS Yugoslavia).Pincrete (talk) 20:10, 27 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Amnesty for accused edit

I don't know anything about the post-murder story, but the ref for the accused being extradited from Australia, refers to him earlier being given amnesty in Croatia in the late '90s. It seems at present a notable omission from the article, but I'm reluctant to insert it myself, not knowing the background.Pincrete (talk) 15:48, 29 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Unreliable source and copyright edit

I'm not quite sure why there is an 'unreliable source' tag on the ref to Death in Yug, BUT, the video on Youtube is posted by 'Europe History Channel', whoever they may be, they have a small seemingly random selection of BBC documentaries on Youtube. So there might be copyright issues. Just letting you know.Pincrete (talk) 16:07, 29 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Gudelj was sentenced for Kir's assassination edit

From reading the article there seems to be some ambiguity on whether Kir was assassinated and by whom. This is not the case. Link — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greece666 (talkcontribs) 20:01, 4 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

The question with regard to 'assassination' may not relate to who carried out the killing, rather to who ordered it. But the section should be updated with Gudelj's sentence. Pincrete (talk) 11:32, 5 April 2015 (UTC) … … ps see 'amnesty for accused' above.Reply
'The Death of Yugoslavia' is quite clear on who gave the orders, but this is at best an allegation. Per updating, I've given up editing at Wikipedia many years ago, as I was tired of the constant editing wars... I'd rather waste my time on Reddit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greece666 (talkcontribs) 09:05, 9 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
