Source?
editThe Joseph Smith III article says:
- For many years, leaders of the Community of Christ continued to deny Joseph Smith, Jr.'s involvement with plural marriage, but beginning in the 1970s, the official church historian concluded that the evidence showed otherwise. Today, the official historian not only agrees the elder Smith initiated plural marriage, he terms it an "abuse of priesthood authority."
- Big Problem No source is given for this paragraph (example: who the historian is) and also it doesn't mention that the appointment of the (unnamed) historian may have been contraversial within the church. I didn't merely add a Disputed tag because I don't know who the hitorian is that the article cites. --Nerd42 (talk) 14:15, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
I am very interested to know about this ... if anybody knows where this came from. --Nerd42 (talk) 18:08, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
Family Chart
editThe Family Chart misspells Lois Smith's name as Louis. Is there any way to fix this? Where did the chart come from?
Trying to track down Joseph Smith III's writings
editThe article cites "True Latter Day Saints’ Herald, vol. 1, pp. 102–104" but I can't locate that quote in it. Can anyone else find it? I'm trying to find any and all writings of Joseph Smith III that may be of interest. --BenMcLean (talk) 20:10, 16 April 2011 (UTC)
