doing a translation assessment. Taking this to mean an elected deputy to the government of Catalonia? Don't want to stop and verify but basing this on a slightly strange wording and the fact that this was written in spanish not catalan. (Yet she participated in scientific government agencies of Spain, because...legalities of the Spanish union?) note to self or someone else to check.
