@Bruxton: @Djbolkas: Pinging article creator and article reviewer. Did you find more sources indicating that the general notability guideline or the biographical notability guideline (including basic criteria) is met? Currently the refs appear to be non-WP:SIGCOV databases, routine announcements on drafting, or trivial mentions, and my WP:BEFORE didn't find much.
