Past or Present Tense edit
I am curious why this article -- and I assume many others -- says that this was a Supreme Court decision (past tense)? Shouldn't it say that this is a Supreme Court decision (present tense)? Thanks. 32.209.69.132 (talk) 18:07, 22 June 2023 (UTC)
