This is easily WP:undue. The section is devoted to a complaint by a manager (which happens every week and is not notable) and then defense of that decision by someone who knows the rules (another referee). It is highlighted by being given its own section with a non neutral header. So nearly half the article is devoted to a criticism of a single decision in his career.
