The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Joint Genome Institute (JGI), currently located in Berkeley, California etc.
Explanation of issue: The institute moved from Walnut Creek to Berkeley in November 2019

1. I had suggested a minor update to the article, but since I have a conflict of interest, I didn't make any changes to the article itself. Nevertheless, the COI template has been applied to the article. This should probably be removed?

The possibility of COI editing involves the edits made by Eastmarin to this article, where they have added a large amount of information which was unreferenced. I have contacted them to inquire about the necessity of making a conflict-of-interest disclosure should that be the case here. The template ought to remain pending their response to that inquiry. Please also note that the {{connected contributor (paid)}} template I placed on this talk page involving I like DNA, which is based on the disclosure you made above, should not be removed from the header material.
