Wikipedia library edit

The current ref #5 is https://access-newspaperarchive-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/us/pennsylvania/philadelphia/philadelphia-inquirer/1919/09-17/page-15/, this really needs to be switched for a none Wikipedia Library link.
