Edibible?
editSeveral non-science sites state that this crab is poisonous and inedible. However, I have not found any such statement in any science source and wonder whether it is being confused with land crabs of the family Xanthidae, which are indeed poisonous. The Clipperton land crab belongs to a different family (Gecarcinidae). Can anyone provide a definitive answer, with source?Bill (talk) 00:22, 26 January 2023 (UTC)
