I've removed the word cogently prefixing argues in the para about the Kalkdam flyer, bcause these arguements are not merely not cogent but actually specious. If he was building it in S.A during '07-08 this is simply too early to have seen the Wrights, who only flew in france in late 08: Voisin aircrft were not much on evidence before 08 either, altho one glider was apparently inported into SA in 1907 Thats my oinion...as indeed is the use of cogent by whoever wrote the section.TheLongTone (talk) 00:25, 13 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

And the blanket cite to this source is inadequate: page references, pleaseTheLongTone (talk) 11:27, 13 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I've made a copyedit of this article, being, I think, fairly generous. The main changes were keeping an encyclopaedic style throughout. This meant editing from the article long passages of 'story'. I'll come back to try to improve the references. Kind regards, MyrtleMyrtlegroggins (talk) 10:41, 10 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
