There is no evidence that John B. Taylor is related to John T. Taylor. This link[1] says John B. was born in Chicago and there is no evidence that I can find that John T. ever lived there. Also, his birth certificate[2] says his father was 24 at the time of his birth while John T. would only have been 19 at the time.
