Here we go with this garbage again. We have certain editors who are fond of shoving "defining aspects of notability" down people's throats WRT categorization. How does such a stance have any credibility when for years, most other editors have been trained to categorize biographical subjects only according to their birthplace? This practice continues to occur even when such categorization is not the least bit related to their notability and is unmentioned on the appropriate guideline page. Rader's notability has exactly zero to do with Elk County, Kansas and everything to do with Anchorage, Alaska. Guess which category was included and which one wasn't when I found this article?
