Date of death edit
The anonymous edit gives "2012" but the Guardian obituary was published only yesterday (30 January 2013). The Guardian obituarist didn't give the date of death, unfortunately. So is 2012 correct or is it a typo? Is there any source for the exact date of his death? Andrew Dalby 14:12, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
I'm a relative of John, he died on Saturday evening the 24th novembre 2012. I can confirm 2012 is correct.
