John Murphy (soccer) → John Murphy (soccer, born 2000) – disambiguate from John Murphy (soccer coach) Joeykai (talk) 03:55, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
- Agree That is the standard US dab format as in Chris Brown (soccer, born 1977) or John Hughes (soccer, born 1965). jnestorius(talk) 20:01, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
- Support the 200 one has 45 views but John Murphy (soccer coach) has 3 but 60[[1]] from the John Murphy (football coach) redirect from the recent move. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:46, 15 December 2023 (UTC)

- Support. There are actually nine John Murphys with Wikipedia articles who were soccer players! John Murphy (soccer coach) also needs to be moved to John Murphy (soccer, born 1967), as he's not the only coach there either. Remember that "soccer" and "football" are synonymous terms outside North America and Australia. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:45, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
