This article is sourced mainly by election manifesto, BBC Radio Jersey website news and the Jersey Evening Post, the main newspaper for Jersey. No personal information about the individuals family - even if it appears on the manifesto, and is therefore in the public domain - is mentioned here in order to preserve privacy. The exception is the subjects late father, who was a major Jersey politician, therefore referenced in the public domain.
