No reference in Los Angeles Times files (via LAPL). Also no source in California Index of LAPL. No source in Historic America of Library of Congress. GeorgeLouis (talk) 18:51, 12 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

An editor added a notation "Unlikely since she was a Scottish Presbyterian," with the Edit Summary "History of the Deighton Family in Scotland: Graeme Deighton Hastie 2012." I'm not sure if this history states that it is unlikely or if the editor in question is stating that it is unlikely. If the latter, it would be unacceptable (because it is a personal observation); if the former, then the Wikipedia article should specifically say so.
