next PM? bunch of crap

the article tipping Hutton as the next PM is ridiculous. Some silly local paper is just too sycophantic and lacking in real news to dismiss a throwaway comment in a radio interview, and it ends up in wikipedia. I don't mind speculation but this is extremely unlikely speculation.
