A Number of Errors edit

1) According to most sources Eberson died in 1954. 2) The city where he was born was called Czernowitz at the time and it was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, with a mostly German speaking (and Jewish) population. It became Romanian only between the two World Wars (By the way, its region is called Bukovina - land of the beech trees - not Kukovina, as some otherwise reliable sources proclaim). 3) It is highly improbable that John Eberson was the subject's original name.

Research in these areas should be done. Robert Schediwy (Vienna)--86.33.220.87 (talk) 04:39, 7 July 2011 (UTC)Belated signature --Robert Schediwy (talk) 14:56, 9 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

P.S.: The error concerning Eberson's birthplace seems to originate from Jane Preddy, “John Eberson and the Atmospheric Theater,” in Temples of Illusion (Hunter College, 1988), not paginated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.33.220.87 (talk) 05:41, 7 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

give 1954 as his birthdate. If you want to change it please come up with a compelling argument BEFORE doing so. Einar aka Carptrash (talk) 15:05, 22 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
