Fair use rationale for Image:The-Smiths-cover.png
Image:The-Smiths-cover.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Pornography
The claim that he appeared in at least one gay pornographic film should have some sort of ciatation. I've read many interviews with Mr. Dallesandro and the question comes up quite often whether or not he appeared in any pornographic films. It seems like he denies it, but with a wink-wink, nudge-nudge 'If I did I wouldn't tell you' answer.

I have a copy of the pornographic film in question. It's about 5 (edited) minutes long, black-and-white, no sound, very jumpy but indisputably him. How can I use this as a citation? Transportial (talk) 02:58, 18 November 2012 (UTC)
- Is he credited in the film? Does it have a name where the people in it can be verified? It can't be used as a source unless there is some sort of valid confirmation (aside from eye recognition) that it is him. I think the likelihood that he did appear in a pornographic film is high, but considering he won't confirm it, I think it best to leave the entire sentence out.
