I've cut quite a lot of material out of this article recently - a lot of it seemed promotional, or very trivial, and the sourcing wasn't great. I'd have no problem with there being a section about 'Critical reception', if a noted food critic has written a review we could quote them, but just linking to the restaurant's website and saying there are press clippings there isn't good enough. We don't need a list of all the food that has ever been served there, and we certainly don't include pricing information (this is an encyclopedia, not a Time Out guide). The material in the 'controversies' section seemed reliable sourced, so I've reinstated it. I'm happy to discuss these changes with other editors. Your cuts were warranted, but now there are WP:WEIGHT and WP:NOTNEWS issues. This is nominally an encyclopedia article about a restaurant, but it is dominated by a "Controversies" that involves mostly personal foibles and peccadilloes of the restaurant's staff. — AjaxSmack 01:26, 12 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
