Is this correct? And it's still considered to the left of the NZ Labor party?

Yes, it is a strange policy, but the party believes that a corporate tax cut would encourage companies to reinvest their profits in their businesses, boosting employment and productivity, as well as attracting job creation by foreign investors.

the founding is not disputed. it is 2002. Until a few weeks before the election, Jim et al were still in the Alliance.
