Talk:Jews for Animal Rights

Latest comment: 17 years ago by Ed Poor

Roberta Kalechofsky, a Jewish vegetarian and founder of Jews for Animal Rights, said that the Holocaust "is the end result of a very complicated, theological, historical, evolutionary process that went on for 1,700 years." PETA's use of it, she said, is "sucking away all that history." [1]

SV, I don't want you to think I'm stalking you, so I want to ask you about adding this quote to the article first. I think it's significant, because readers may want to know how Jewish people feel about the HoyP campaign. --Uncle Ed 19:16, 17 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sure, go ahead and add it, but I also left a comment for you about this on Talk:Holocaust on your Plate. It might be better to have a page on the comparison in general, rather than on only the PETA campaign. PETA are not the only people to have drawn the comparison. Yes, that's an excellent idea. I will read t:hoyp and reply there. --Uncle Ed 19:24, 17 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
