This article should either be removed or completely rewritten. I tried rewriting it but there just isn't much information and the information that's there doesn't make a lot of sense. I personally don't think this article is relevant enough to English-speakers to exist but I don't know how to put it up for deletion. Romeowth (talk) 21:05, 1 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
