Roosevelt Music

As Hal Fein's daughter, I can tell you without reservation that Jesse Stone had nothing to do with the formation of Roosevelt Music. The company was started by my father and no one else. The company was named for the Roosevelt Hotel where my father met my mother when she was a singer at the hotel. Charlie Singleton and Jesse Stone were "stable" song writers for my father. They did however, participate in the first ever "demo" records that were recorded in the small studio at 1650 Broadway

Until this is resolved I've added a tag to the relevant statement in the article. Ghmyrtle (talk) 21:02, 5 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

For information, the original references which I probably used in writing the article included this and this, which both (independently) refer to his role at Roosevelt Music. Ghmyrtle (talk) 21:12, 5 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
