Statement: "main pitch is his four-seam fastball, which he delivers with a velocity in the low 90's" is not true
Jesse Litsch average velocity on his fastball is not in the low 90's. His fastball average velocity is 89 MPH and tops out in the low 90's:

His fastball is also not his main pitch as he throws it on average only 24.4% of the time to batters versus using his slider 42.2% of the time:
