I'm not sure as to the total recongition of this individual, but there does appear to be verifiable info out there.

Check something other than IMDB edit

It may be a good idea for the authors of these articles to actually do some research on these individuals, rather than only pull information solely from IMDB. It's a pretty ad statement about this generation, when prior to the "internet," we actually had to get up off our asses and go to the library to examine the newspapers, books and microfiche that were the only things available for research.
