The subject is "Ji Yoon" only in the sense that it is a common practice to refer to show biz personalities by their given names. The conventional transliteration of her Korean name is "Jeon Ji-yoon", according to both KBS and Korea Times. I don't think it is appropriate to refer to her by given name only in the article title when this is not even a distinct stage name, let alone an exclusive use.
