A notability tag was removed without any evidence of notability being provided in the article. It is not enough for one editor to know that this person is notable - it should be clear from the article itself. Apparently the book Online Communities has a large number of citations in Google Scholar; if this is the main evidence of notability, the impact of this book should be discussed in the article.
