I am a newbie using my brother in law's computer in Pax WV. He referred to his parent's house next door as a "Jenny Lind house". He explained that that meant that the walls were vertical boards without studs. He thinks it was built about 1928. He had never heard of Jenny Lind the singer, so I told him what I knew about her. Then I searched on live search and was taken to a cached page at this location that listed Jenny Lind house and described it similarly. The current page does not include that disambiguation. I am adding this as evidence that the term is in spontaneous use in West Virginia.
