I want to submit a complaint about one of your agents or representatives. In fact, there were two of them when I sent online today funds to Mexico. For years now I have been sending funds to Mexico either online. or by phone. The last two times I have received no emails stating the funds were ready for pick up, no emails when the funds have been picked up, and no receipts in the mail. This is never happened before, so I called your number. The one that ends in 6001st spoke to the robot voice, then to an agent who transfer me to another agent who I was told was a supervisor. Her name was Jessica. She had no clue as to how to solve the problem and transfer me to still another supervisor by the name of Carla.. I told Carla my problem and she told me point-blank that I would be welcome to use another service other than Western Union because she could not help me. Then she hung up on me! I want to complain with everything in my. part about the tree that I received from this horrible woman. She is not an asset to your company. Please will someone call me at 775-771-8147.
