Reliability edit

Why is there no section on reliability?

  1. Reliability has been a big issue with Jeep Grand Cherokee.
  2. As an example JD Power give a 2014 model only a 2 for reliability
  3. In Australia the MD acknowledged problems publicly and introduced a new better warranty (5 years, 130,000km).
  4. Consumer Affairs web site gives Jeep only a 1.5 overall rating.
  5. True Delta shows that Jeep GC 2011-2017 has their worst rating for power train repairs.
  6. In Australia there is anecdotal evidence of consumers getting complete refunds.
  7. CarComplaints show the 2011 and 2014 models had big problems including with transmissions.

Neutrality edit

I tagged this article with having issues with neutrality since I noticed it contains a lot of hyperbolic content that seems to be pulled straight out of a FCA press release, such as mentioning it being "the most awarded SUV ever" and mentioning how it contains "classic Jeep styling". It's possible that a significant portion of the article will need to be rewritten to bring it up to encyclopedic standards. Reattacollector (talk) 13:20, 28 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

For those curious, the biggest issue now seems to be the Trim levels section, which might need to be axed entirely, but I"m going to give it a chance. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 02:16, 20 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
