Working on disambig links re: Joy

Working on disambig links specifically Joy on the to do list. This page links to joy, I have done a little research and the name Joy that is referenced here on this Jaz-O article is the name of a performer "Almond Joy" I am unsure of how to change the disambig link and am asking for help. I found an old album here where you can see the name Almond Joy on the record label (i think anyway). But the description of the album states "description: First Jay-Z record from 1986! Features Jay along with fellow crew members Jaz-O (then just known as The Jaz) and Almond Joy. " I am wondering if this would be an instance where you would create a disambig page for almond joy or where you would link this particular "joy" to. Thanks for any help in advance. - In this case I do not think that an entry on the disambiguation page is needed. Wikipedia does not have an article for the performer in question. Usually, but not always, red links are not added to disambiguation pages. If you think the performer "Almond Joy" is deserving of a Wikipedia article you can write one. I recommend you use your sandbox to draft the page, and if you would like me to help with that, I would be happy to. For now I have removed the wikilink from the name "Joy" in this article, until we get this worked out. — Bill W. (Talk) (Contrib) — 18:45, 18 June 2013 (UTC)
- Actually I am really grateful for your response. I think you did good removing the link as there isnt much about info out there about the performer at least not enough to come up with an article about him/her. Nice of you to offer me help with writing an article though as I havent actually done one yet. One day I might get the guts up to do so =) Thanks Bill w. I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Jaz-O's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 14:14, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
