We don't change the name of the article just because the official name of the subject has changed. We change the name when the new name becomes common name. Fuortu (talk) 13:18, 1 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Relisting comment: The question is not what the official name is, that's interesting but not directly relevant at all. User:Phoenix7777, would you like to look for evidence that the common name has also changed? Try looking for reliable sources that use the new name. That's what is needed to justify a move. Support the name change was reported in the Japan-based English media, e.g. the Japan Times. It's not like this organization receives daily coverage in the media. But any future coverage is bound to use the new name. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 01:03, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
