Janice Dean Job Title edit
Janice Dean is *not* a meteorologist...she has no training in meteorology whatsoever. Her bachelor's degree is in broadcasting from Algonquin college. This needs to be corrected. TheGreyMouser2016 (talk) 13:00, 20 July 2020 (UTC)
P.S. Janice Dean has the "AMS Seal of Approval," which was formed "...to recognize on-air [talent] for their sound delivery of weather information to the general public." She IS NOT a trained meteorologist. TheGreyMouser2016 (talk) 13:08, 20 July 2020 (UTC)
P.P.S. Janice Dean does NOT appear in any of the American Meteorological Society lists of certified meteorologists. She has ONLY the largely honorary Seal Of Approval for presenting the weather of television. TheGreyMouser2016 (talk) 13:12, 20 July 2020 (UTC)
Maybe she was auditioning as a political pundit? Wikipietime (talk) 13:33, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
Threatened by Governor Cuomo edit
In a February 19 2021, she implied in a tweet that “watching your back” was advisable in the Cuomo criticisms. I suggest a paragraph detailing transition from weather to politics would be appropriate. Wikipietime (talk) 13:32, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
