Mills → Janet Mills - Mills has been elected as the first woman governor of Maine, placing her notability significantly ahead of the other listed Janet Mills on Wikipedia, a former Connecticut state representative. Additionally, Mills is referred to in credible secondary sources such as The New York Times as "Janet Mills," not "Janet T.
