Close paraphrasing edit

This article is in places minimally altered from [1]. For example, the article reads, "In 1860, Elizabeth P.W. Packard had begun disagreeing with her husband's religious beliefs, and he had her committed to Jacksonville against her will." The source reads, "Mrs. Packard had begun disagreeing with her husband's religious beliefs, and he had her committed against her will." This differs from the language used in the article by only a few words and is identical in structure. Wikipedia's copyright policy is clear that copyrighted text can only be reused if rewritten or incorporated under the policy and guideline at WP:NFC, which requires the use of quotation marks or similar demarcation on duplicating copyrighted text. Further down, the article says, "...after gaining her freedom, she separated from her husband and formed the Anti-Insane Asylum Society." The relevant passage in the source says, "After her discharge from the hospital she separated from her husband and formed the Anti-Insane Asylum Society." Text taken from this source (as well as any others closely paraphrased) needs to be completely rewritten and restructured unless it can be verified to be free.
